Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing outlastturf.com or booking a slot at any OUTLAST Sports Arena facility in Chennai, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our online booking platform.

2. Slot Booking & Payment Policy

• Slots are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis upon successful online payment or staff confirmation.
• Full or advance payment must be completed before entering the turf field.
• Players must arrive 10 minutes prior to their reserved start time. Extensions are subject to slot availability.

3. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy

• Cancellations: Cancellations requested at least 24 hours before the booked start time may be eligible for a credit voucher or refund, subject to management approval.
• Weather Disruptions: In case of heavy rain or severe weather preventing play, management will reschedule your session to a mutually agreed future slot.
• No-Shows: No-shows or cancellations made within 4 hours of the slot start time are non-refundable.

4. Field Conduct & Safety Rules

• Proper sports footwear (turf shoes / rubber studs) must be worn at all times. Metal studs are strictly prohibited to prevent turf damage and player injury.
• Smoking, alcohol consumption, and chewing gum are strictly prohibited inside the sports arena premises.
• OUTLAST Sports Arena is not responsible for personal belongings left unattended or lost on the premises.
